Welcome to Belvedere Park, located just east of downtown Atlanta. Our charming neighborhood is a stone's throw away from the family-friendly City of Decatur, offering a host of attractions and activities. If you're looking to explore further, the Marta train station with free parking is conveniently located just a mile away, making it easy to venture around the city.
You'll find yourself surrounded by an abundance of dining options, with numerous restaurants and 7 breweries nearby (and counting). Nature enthusiasts will love the beautiful parks in the area, perfect for leisurely strolls or picnics. And if shopping is on your agenda, there are plenty of shopping areas to satisfy your retail cravings.
Belvedere Park is also in close proximity to prestigious institutions such as Agnes Scott College, Emory Medical Center, and Emory University. Whether you're visiting for an event or have business to attend, you'll have easy access to these esteemed establishments.
Step into our spacious suite, the larger of the two options available. It features two comfortable bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting a separate sitting area for relaxation. The second bedroom is cozy and ideal for a restful night's sleep, complete with a large walk-in closet.
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a welcoming foyer with a dedicated work desk, perfect for those who need a productive space. The living room is equipped with a smart entertainment center, including a ROKU TV and access to popular streaming services like Netflix. And for a touch of nostalgia, we even have a SEGA Genesis game console for some old-school gaming fun. You won't miss out on local TV channels either.
Preparing meals is a breeze in our full-featured kitchen, which offers everything you need, including a large island for food preparation and a separate dining area for entertaining guests. The bathroom is a sanctuary in itself, featuring his and hers sinks, a walk-in shower, and a luxurious whirlpool tub, all adorned with beautiful travertine stone finishes.
At the rear of the house, you'll find a spacious covered private screened-in garden patio. This outdoor oasis is perfect for enjoying meals alfresco or hosting family events, providing a serene setting for relaxation and quality time.
With over 1000 square feet of interior space, our single-story suite offers ample room to stretch out and unwind. Stay connected with our lightning-fast internet, ensuring smooth work-from-home capabilities while enjoying streaming entertainment on multiple devices.
