Enjoy this entire 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with an open concept living, kitchen, and dining. Please note: the junior bunks are in the hallway. There is a pocket door on the bedroom for privacy.
Condo sleeps up to six (1 queen in bedroom, 2 junior bunks in hallway, queen sleeper sofa in living room). The junior bunks are the classic bunk-size (like in an RV) not the modern twin-size and are best for small people.
First night essentials (shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, coffee, etc.) get you started well.
Amenities in this open, 420sqft condo include: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, single burner hot plate, etc.
Fast WiFi, a comfy chair, and a little table in the corner make for a great workspace if you need to get some work done before laying on the beach.
Two cable TVs offer a wide variety of channels.
Please note: the complex is 40 years old as are most buildings in this part of town.

The beach access gate is at the end of your condo parking lot.
This condo is on North Beach (also know as the Corpus Christi Beachwalk) and is located between public parks: Surfside Park and Dolphin Park.
Other things to note
Upon arrival and check-in, the front office staff will collect a $15 resort fee to issue you beach and pool access cards, visitor wristbands which must be worn by each guest at all times so security knows you belong on the premise, and parking permits for up to 2 vehicles. Extra vehicles will be towed at your expense. This $15 fee does not go to the owner and is between you and the front office.
The condominiums only allow a maximum of 6 people in the condo at any time.
