Beautiful artists home only a 10 min walk to the beach, the pier, the shops and the fun. We have Wifi, a sunroom, kitchen with cooking supplies, laundry, TV, computer desk/office space, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy Maine.

We are a short walk to miniature golf, the beach, Palace Playland, The Pier, plenty of restaurants, ice cream, lobster, and much more. We are a 20 min drive to Portland, Two Lights Fort Williams, and a 5 min drive to Ferry Beach, Pine Point, and so much more.

This newly renovated artists home sleeps 8. The master bedroom has a queen, the other bedroom has two twin beds, there is a pull-out couch in the the living room, a pull-out couch and futon in the finished lower level. We also have an extra mattress in the garage. The house sits in a quiet tree lined neighborhood and is only 0.6 mile walk to beach and famous OOB Pier!

The screened in deck is excellent for outside meals!

The upstairs offers open living space and dining area and the lower level offers an office space and two additional sleeping options as mentioned above.

Guest access
Two cars can squeeze in our drive way. Additional cars and pull up on the side of the lawn parallel to Grove Street.

The walk to the beach is about 10-12 minutes. The best route is to walk down Grove Street, take a right on Saco Aver and then a left on Central Park Ave, right on 1st Street, left on Atlantic Ave - the Beach!
