This is a cozy unit with 1 bedroom and 1 bath, full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, heating & cooling air conditioning.

The space
The unit is clean, private and mostly quiet. The sliding back door was nice to let fresh air in, but the AC/heating units helped control the temperatures. A 2-minute walk to Safeway, about 2 city blocks to the nearest ZipCar, and a 15-minute short walk to Lake Merritt. Rose Garden and Grand Lake Theater are a few blocks away.

Guest access
Enjoy the best Bay Area weather here! The living room is connected to the back yard. You can enjoy fresh outdoor air and relax with a cup of coffee .

Other things to note

Early check-in or late check-out possible upon request and based on availability. There will be a fee for early or late check out to cover the special arrangement for the cleaning. Please contact the host for detail information.
Special note: the AC unit at the bedroom is temporarily out of order. please use the AC unit at the living room only.
