- A $250 deposit may be collected before check-in, and ID collection/waiver may be required. Reservation are not eligible for refunds if these steps are not completed. We will send you a link to a payment portal to collect this hold.
- The gym and common areas are available to use 24/7
- The front desk is staffed 24/7
- There is an accessible ramp at the rear entrance of the building
- Extra cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee
- Pets are welcome for a $15/night per pet cleaning fee (capped at $250/month)
