The space
High speed internet with a work desk, HUGE 65” flat screen TV's (Netflix included), two king sized beds, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The LaRocco on Turney features individual patios, secluded entry, and covered parking.
Guest access
You have access to the entire property with the exception of the other condos and their private gated area.
Other things to note
-Up to two friendly small to medium sized dogs allowed (no other animals). $55 (per dog) non-refundable pet fee collected when booking the reservation. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when on property. Only dogs approved before reservation will be allowed at the property.
-No smoking (of any kind) in-unit or on the property.
-No parties. Quiet hours between 11:00 pm - 8:00 am.
-If you require an air mattress or Pack N Play please request one at the time of booking.
-This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).

Parking is accessed through the alleyway (drive to the end of the alley) off of 28th Street. It is the last driveway on the right going north on 28th Street BEFORE you hit Turney Avenue. There is plenty of free street parking available directly in front of the building on Turney Avenue.
