The space
This newly remodeled 600 sq foot unit is freshly painted with new floors and has all the comforts of home! Full kitchen, large living room with plenty of seating for you and your guests and comfortable queen bed. Bath and beach towels are provided.
Smart TV, 2 A/C units (living room & bedroom), parking space in front of property, 3 minute walk to the beach and Ocean Mall that has great dining options. Just need to bring your toothbrush and live the resort life without the resort prices! Small pets are welcomed for a fee of $40 per night stay.

Guest access
We provide 1 parking spot per unit in front of the property for our guests at no additional charge. You have private access to your 1 bedroom /1 bath apartment unit using keyless entry. You are welcomed to enjoy the outdoor patio, jacuzzi spa and grill. The coin laundry is located in the back of the building. Each load is $1.50 in quarters.

Other things to note
We do welcome small furry friends (under 15 pounds) that are trained. We charge $40 per night PER pet (maximum 2 pets). Please let us know prior to your booking. Thank you!
