This home in the North End is centrally located to restaurants, movie theaters, Sea Side Park & beaches, downtown business. It have washer/dryer, central air & heat in this beautiful small home.

The space
You will have all access to the property except the garage. The driveway is also an active driveway for the car park in the garage. You can park on the right side of the driveway when you are in the home. If you are going out in another vehicle please park your vehicle on the right side of the driveway or on the street to avoid blocking entry to the garage, so that we have access to the car in the garage/ driveway. OFF STREET PARKING IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE Again Guests can park on the right side of driveway on the property if they are home. You will be notified if the car in the garage needs to be taken out of the garage if you block entry to the garage. There are some items stored in the basement and occasionally access maybe needed.
Guest access
This is a beautiful small home on the North End of Bridgeport, CT and all of the property is accessible by the guest, except the garage. Please be aware there is a “lighted switch”on the wall near the front door by the living room light switches. “PLEASE DO NOT PRESS THIS LIGHTED SWITCH” because it will open the garage door.” This switch does have a protective cover. You can hear the garage door being open if it is press. If you accidentally press this switch and open the garage door, just press it again to close the garage door. Any items on the property used by guest(s) must be left in the same position found after the guest(s) have used and clean the items. The basement is an occasional shared space, and an open unfinished area which have some store items located there, if needed the home owner will notify you for access to the basement to retrieve any items in the basement. The laundry room is located in the basement to the right of the stairs. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE, REARRANGE OR RELOCATE OR MISPLACE any furnitures, appliances or items in any locations on the premises. DO NOT REMOVE ANY ITEMS FROM THE PROPERTY. If you used any items, clean and return the items in the position it was found. Thank you in advance, smile!

Please follow the RULES of the home. If violations are noted, guest(s) will be asked to leave the home without prejudice and no payment will be refunded. Therefore, Upon requesting to stay in this home you agree to all the rules below or above in regards to the home. NO DRUGS TRANSACTIONS, NO PROSTITUTION, NO SEX TRAFFICKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS are allow in or outside the home and NO SMOKING are allow inside the home due to possible allergies to future guest(s). Smoking can be done OUTSIDE the home and any debris must be clean up and disposed of carefully AS PER THE GARBAGE & RECYCLE STANDARD. No additional or unauthorized guests are allowed to stay inside the home unless the host is notify and agree to host the additional guest(s). There will be a fee charge for any additional or unauthorized guest(s).
There will be an EXTRA CHARGE per guest. “PLEASE NOTE” A fine of $500 will be charge if there are any violations noted or for any pets, or unauthorized guest(s) that were not included in the original reservation, and which was not authorized by the host, and If any guest(s) over stay pass the reservation date/time without the authorization of the Host. PLEASE NOTE! BREAKING THE RULES OF THE HOME IS A VIOLATION THAT CAN LEAD TO YOU BEING ASK TO LEAVE THE HOME WITHOUT ANY REFUND DUE. Please follow the rules! The guest that made the reservation is responsible for all damages and any violation(s) during their stay, and you are responsible to inform your guest(s) of the rules of the home.
All Guest(s) will be responsible to maintain and clean up all garbage/debris they created and leave the home in the condition they received it upon admission / check in. PLEASE NOTE any damages to the property by any occupants will be paid for by the guest who made the reservation for the home.
