This home is an entire apartment in a duplex located in a cul-de-sac. UNIT NEXT DOOR IS AVAILABLE TOO. The apartment is recently renovated, clean, and cozy. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located to all the local attractions. We are about 7 miles from Pensacola Beach ($1 toll bridge) and beautiful white sand. The location is great between Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach.
The space
This home is located in a safe, family-friendly area short distance from grocery stores, parks (with playground equipment, pavilion with tables, soccer field, etc), local restaurants, and plenty of other eateries and entertainment.
We provide shower necessities as body soap, shampoo, and hand soap as well as fresh towels and hand towels.
Coffee, sugar, and cream are also provided complimentary.
This is a SMOKE-FREE apartment with no exceptions.
Unfortunately, I am not able to host any guests with pets due to the severe allergies of a family member.

You will have full use of the front yard, the home, and the backyard.
Parking is free in the home's driveway.
