The space
You'll have mountain views from the second floor living room. The living space upstairs is large with high ceilings, with plenty of space for your group. Spread out in the spacious rooms, or pick crabapples in the back yard. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. The downstairs has a shared bathroom / laundry room. There is a deck out back with a nice table to sit at and relax. The garage is unavailable.
Guest access
There is plenty of street parking. The front door has coded access and is available 24/7. Jewel Lake is truly the most convenient neighborhood in Anchorage. You are five minutes from the grocery store, post office / UPS, lake fishing, skiing, the highway, hiking, the airport... you name it, you got it! Ask about taking my 2022 Toyota 4Runner on a trip using Turo.
Garage is unavailable for guests. Backyard access is restricted during snowy and wet seasons.
