1 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the Seventh Mountain Resort. Located along the Deschutes river, this resort offers a truly marvelous stay in a great setting. Enjoy staying at the closest lodging to Mt. Bachelor, only minutes from Bend where you will find a large array of shops, breweries, restaurants and many outdoor activities. This 1 bedroom unit sleeps 4, with a queen murphy bed in the living area. It has a fully equipped kitchen and the patio offers easy access to hiking right outside your door.

The space
This cozy condo has everything you need for your stay, including a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen to warm up and fuel up after your day in Bend or on the slopes.

The back patio leads out to the Deschutes Forest and offers many walking and hiking trails.

Both TVs (living area and bedroom) have Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, and the TV in the living area has cable.

There are three pools for your use (2 adult/kids and 1 baby) and 3 hot tubs and a sauna. The fitness center is available to use 24-hours / day.

Only pressed wood (i.e. Duraflame) can be used in the fireplace, these can be purchased at the front desk.

We will consider one small dog for a $50 fee, please let me know what type of dog you are bringing. Please don't ask to bring two dogs.

* New 55" TV in the living area
* New 32" TV in the bedroom
* Added Netflix and Prime Video to both TVs (please don't log out)
* New dining room table and chairs
* New desk chair
* New cabinet for food storage
* New linens, pillows and towels and shower curtains/liners
* New outlets, including many with USB ports
* Carpet and sitting chairs in living area professionally cleaned
* New oven hood
* New hanging headboard in the bedroom
* New nightstands / night lamps in bedroom
* New desk and wall sconce
* New light fixture and mirror in bedroom
* New shelves in both bathrooms
* Deep clean after all above work was complete.

April 2022:
*Living area bathroom remodeled with new tub/shower, toilet, tile and painted.

November 2022:
*Master bathroom remodeled with new shower, tile, painted. New custom barn door replaced existing master bath door in April 2023.

Guest access
Seventh Mountain has outdoor pools (heated) and hot tubs that are open year round. There is an ice rink (fee applies) in the winter, usually from mid/late November into March and the summer months bring tennis, pickle ball, mini-golf, disc golf and more.

Other things to note
Ask about Standup Paddle Board Rentals between May and September! We'll drop them (1 or 2) in the condo along with life jackets for the duration of your stay! They are inflatable, so easy transportable in any vehicle.
