The space
CLOSE TO I10 . One queen size bed and a full size futon available. Private bathroom. Private entrance with electronic key pad. And private parking on driveway. 24 hour Security camera right on your car and all around the property. This security system is actively recording video ONLY, NO sound is recorded ever. This property is equipped with mini-split system, refrigerated air which you control in the room.
There is a queen bed and a full size futon. we list it for 4 people but 2 people would have to sleep on futon, it’s possible but I would say it’s better for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. If you are ok with adults sleeping on futon, we don’t have a problem with it.
Our house is located next to the mountain so wildlife can be regularly seen around the house. Skunks and deer are seen around the property from time to time.
Please understand that we live in the property and the unit is attached to our house. We have 3 middle schoolers, so there will be some noise during the day. We try to be as quiet as possible but we do live our lives in our house normally. Our kids can be heard playing basketball in the back yard, or watching tv during the day. Please note that we don’t play loud music, keep our voices down, and strive to be respectful of our guests but this is our home and we cook, talk, walk, open doors and watch tv always with our guest’s comfort in mind.

Snacks (bread, jelly, peanut butter, Maruchan soups, chips, and coffee provided for free) We do not have a kitchen , but outside GRILL is available, coffee maker, mini fridge, coffee, toaster and purified water is provided.
