The space
One enclosed bedroom with king bed, sitting area and smart tv. Mini-split and huge ceiling fan with a high ceiling. Attached open-ceiling kitchen and bath are private from the outside and from other rooms. There is a courtyard in the front of the casita, closed off from the world by a gorgeous metal gate.
Guest access
Off-street parking for 2 cars is a short stroll from the Casita through an arbored 'hallway'. Quiet, safe neighborhood that's close to everything.
Other things to note
The casita shares the grounds with the main house but is completely private. There is shared laundry that is outside the main house, close to the casita gate.
