It is located in the back of the main house with its own private driveway on the side-street of the corner lot where this space is located.

The space
This guesthouse has a spacious living space and two separate rooms including a full kitchen with very large walk-in pantry and washer and dryer and bathroom. Custom cabinetry/counters throughout. Lots of storage and cabinet spaces. The entrance to the guesthouse has a smart lock as well as smart locks on the doors leading to each of the two bedrooms. Info to the smart locks will be provided close to check-in time on day of arrival via text message on the Airbnb app.
Guest access
This guest house has a private entrance and driveway on the side street on a corner lot. The driveway can contain up to two cars in the parking space and a secured iron gate which leads to the guest house main entrance. There’s a swimming pool between the main house and the guest house with a pool fence. Guests are not permitted access to the swimming pool.
