Welcome to the Old Rectory of Ferndale! Built in 1884, this historic home is representative of the Eastlake Stick style of Victorian architecture. While the Old Rectory was the first building in Ferndale to be added to the National Register of Historic Places, it was almost torn down in 1964. A local artist, Viola Russ McBride, purchased the home for $1 and had it moved to its present location. The home was featured in Stephen King's "Salem's Lot," but trust us, it's not haunted.
The space You will have access to all four guest bedrooms and all common areas during your stay. No other guests, or the host, will interrupt you during your stay.
