Make yourself at home in this cozy, artist-designed apartment in the heart of the DeTonti historic district, just steps from downtown Mobile. This true mid-century gem is right around the corner from Greer’s Market and rooftop bar, local coffee shop favorite Nova Espresso, and a short walk or bike ride to other area restaurants, shops, and museums. Off street parking just a few blocks from the parade route make this a great Mardi Gras landing pad for couples or small families.

The space
This apartment is one of two rentable units on the ground floor of Seed on Jackson, an artist-owned and operated mixed-use building in historic DeTonti. We’ve designed these spaces to be your tiny home away from home, where you can feel comfortable to have fun, think, and create. There is one full bathroom, one bedroom with a queen bed, a kitchen, and a living room with a pull out sofa bed (queen).
