The space
The Rustic Lake front home is beautiful with the first-floor open space concept. Four (4) bedrooms upstairs one (1) downstairs with a queen size bed. One (1) queen upstairs, two (2) full size beds and two (2) twin size beds. Laundry room off the fully equipped kitchen with propane gas stove, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. 2 full baths, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Dining table for formal dinners in the house and a screened in porch with a rocking chair(s), a couch for the summer naps and a big table for the casual gatherings to play your friendly competitive games on the porch. For the ones who want to be out in the full sun, there's the patio with all the patio furniture and gas grill for your BBQ's. The property comes with a dock that can be used by guests during their stay. Please inquire about boat size so we can ensure to accommodate your watercraft appropriately. The waterfront is sandy and has gradual grade into the water. Plenty of land for games. Private road for parking. Wood can be delivered prior to arrival for the firepit if arranged prior to check-in.
