The space
Entire separate in-law suite, includes living + dining on the main floor, with a walk-in bedroom upstairs filled with two queen beds. Property has a main house and this guest house is on the side. There’s a pool in the backyard thats shared between guests’ of both houses. My dad and I take care of the pool and garden so you may see us around the pool occasionally during you stay maintaining things.

Guest access
The guests can access the whole guest house except for exterior storage units that store lawn more equipment and pool equipment

Other things to note
The pool area is considered common area as the pool is shares with main house if it’s occupied by any guests. Any guests coming over would be extra $30 per head.
