The space
LOCATION:
This apartment is tucked away in a quiet, safe, family friendly and beautiful neighborhood in Cypress, Texas. It is about 10 to 20 minutes from major freeways, eateries and wonderful shopping.

DESCRIPTION:
This is a 4 bedroom one- story family home seperated into 2 areas.
My family and I live in the story home with a private entrance, while you will stay in a one bedroom downstairs with a converted space with a private entrance.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
A space in our home was converted into a private, comfortable and peaceful suite. It was constructed, renovated and opened into an open concept living area, dining, semi kitchen and a washer and dryer.

That means you will have a seperate bedroom for sleeping and a living area l that serves as a living room, dining/work space, kitchen, and laundry spot.

SIZE AND SCENERY
The whole combine space is about 800 square feet. It comes with a large walk in closet, a cute walk in shower and toilet. Or you can take a walk to the park in front of the house.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE!
1. There is a locked utillity closet in the living area.

2. Watch your step. There is a little floor height difference by the spot where the renovated area meets the bedroom.

3. Some few items are kept on my side for inventory, if it not there, ask.

There is a family Park with benches opposite the house for exercise, sitting and playing with family.

There is a larger park behind the house accessible by walking around the next street.

There is a pool during the summer

We do not have a large driveway, so we encourage people to park on the street.
