This bespoke home has been hand crafted at every axis. The large backyard features a custom infinity spa & pool, 2 commercial-grade misting systems, a gas/wood combo fire pit, and 2 built-in marble sofas.
The kitchen was designed for a professional chef and boasts 3 dishwashers, 2 built-in fridges, 2 ranges (1 gas, 1 induction), 2 ovens and a full cocktail wet bar. Bathrooms include marble sinks and bidets. Guests also enjoy access to a SPIN bike
The space
The rentable guest-space shown is my primary residence when not occupied by guests, so there will be personal belongings in the space (clothing in one of the closets, toiletries in one of the bathrooms, dry goods in the pantry, etc). While you're staying here, our home is your home so please make yourself comfortable! Guests are more than welcome to use any of the available condiments, cooking oil, quality pots and pans, etc. I only ask guests to be respectful of the space (please don't drink the alcohol or take any of the clothing, etc). Guests are also more than welcome to enjoy some of the many, many board games in the closet :-)

Other things to note
Please read all rules prior to booking: The city of Cathedral City is very strict with short term rentals and homeshare properties.
The home is the primary residence of the homeowner when not occupied by guests, so there will be personal belongings in the home (clothing in one of the closets, toiletries in one of the bathrooms, dry goods in the pantry, etc). We ask guests to be respectful of the space (please don't eat the pantry food, drink the alcohol, or take any of the clothing). You're more than welcome to enjoy some of the many board games in the closet, and use the condiments in the fridge! Just please don't drink the alcohol in the bar :-)

Outdoor music is NOT allowed even from a cell phone - the city is very strict with music.
Cathedral City Required 13% Transient Occupancy Tax to be added to the booking amount and collected prior to check-in - please message me with any questions on the amount collected
A maximum of 2 vehicles may be at the property. The city allows a maximum of 4 guests both overnight and during the day - only registered guests are allowed at the property, and again the maximum is 4 guests and all guests must be on the reservation.
No loud barking dogs, or visible trash on the curb - again, the city is very strict on this and will cite guests who do not abide by the rules.
The use of outdoor amenities (including the pool) is prohibited in ALL Cathedral City short term rentals between 10pm and 8am (guests are technically NOT allowed to use the pool, or any outdoor amenity between 10pm-8am). Again, this is at every vacation rental in the city.
I ask that guests please not use the Jacuzzi jets after 8pm because the blower that produces the air for the bubbles can be quite loud for our neighbors (and our guests as well). We are a bit flexible on this request, it's more just to be respectful of the neighbors :-) Feel free to message me with any questions.
Policies:
- Pool heat must be purchased if you would like to use it ($95-125/day depending on the season). SoCal Gas recently nearly doubled the price of natural gas in the Coachella Valley area. The price I charge guests for pool heat is intended to cover the cost of heating the pool with the recent increases in natural gas prices. Thank you for understanding. It can take up to 3 days to heat the pool in the winter (guests are not responsible for paying for the days before they arrive to get the pool heated, only the days they are staying at the home), please keep this in mind if you are purchasing the day of check-in. If you'd only like the spa heated generally we can accommodate that for about $45/day
- Generally we require a 3 night minimum for pool heat as the bulk of the cost is to get the water up to a warm temperature. Feel free to send me a message with any questions!
- No smoking inside the home - Pet friendly with $50 per pet, per stay fee (maximum 1 allowed)
- No events, parties or large gatherings - Local bookings (guests living in the area) are allowed only on a case-by-case basis. Please contact host PRIOR to booking via InstantBook
- Must be at least 27 years old to book, if you are under 27 please message me prior to booking

- Photo ID will be required upon check-in
- Note that a security camera is used in the front of the house, it does not face the house, it faces the street for additional security
- By booking the home you acknowledge and agree that if you choose to swim, it is at your own risk and you assume all liability
