This comfortable two-bedroom home is spacious, comfortable, and full of the charm you'd expect from this newly remodeled classic space. Our home is situated in a sidewalk community of the Historic Area of Clarksville. It is a short walk away from Austin Peay University, Dixon Park & Splash Pad, and less than a mile to downtown Clarksville. And, if you feel like venturing to Nashville, it's only a 45-minute drive to downtown, via Uber or car. Please see pet fees below.
The space
You will be in unit B which is accessed through the rear of the building. Parking is also in the rear of the building, There are also camera on the outside for safety and security of our guest and the property.
Guest access
Guests have 24 hour access (smart lock) to the majority of the home, with the exception of a few housekeeping closets. Other than that, you’re free to make yourselves at home wherever you’d like. There are also camera on the outside for safety and security of our guest and the property. We are doing some construction on the laundry room, please excuse the the mess, this should not effect your stay in the house.
Other things to note
The house is equipped with full-size kitchen, a shower-tub combo in the bathroom, a plush, king-sized bed fitted with quality bedding and a pillow-top mattress, a trundle bed in the second bedroom, and a work area with free WIFI. Both bedrooms have TV's for your enjoyment. We allow pets, there is a $25/day per pet fee up to $250/month per pet; please limit pet size to 50lbs and 3 pets.
