The tranquility of the woods is where you'll find Hartwell Cabins and RVs ! Cabin #4 is a 450 square foot studio cabin that has two queen-size beds, a kitchenette (full-size refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and Keurig), a tub/shower combination in the bathroom, and a covered front porch with chairs. We do not have cable; however, we do have great internet making it convenient to stream your favorite shows on our smart TVs.
There are no stairs or ladders to climb inside this cabin.

WHAT WE SUPPLY:
Linens, 4 towels, 6 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dish cloths, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, 2 rolls of toilet tissue and 2 trash bags are provided in each property. If your unit has a pull out and you’ll need linens, please be sure to let us know prior to your stay. Bed linens and bath towels are not changed during your stay. The startup set will not be replenished; we suggest you bring extra items for longer stays. White Oak Property Management accounts for all linens and towels provided in each unit. Any missing, damaged or stained beyond repair items will result in additional charges to the Guest.

OCCUPANCY & AMENITIES:
We will do everything we can to make sure your cabin is ready for your stay. It is our mission to provide you the cleanest cabin around so that you will become a guest for a lifetime. However, there are rare occasions that your cabin might not be fully presentable by 3pm. Please understand they are not hotel rooms and, therefore, from time to time, appliances, internet, TV, water, electricity, etc. will break down or malfunction. While we cannot refund any monies due to these issues that arise as they would in any property due to the life expectancy of any and all such appliances etc, we will respond as quickly as we can to make repairs and restore amenities. We are not responsible for weather conditions.
