The space
Recently remodeled, the studio has all the modern amenities. Large windows bring the outdoor lansacape inside this cozy getaway. The loft space contains custom floating loft nets where you can sit, rest, read and relax. These unique structures are loved equally by children and adults.
The unique property is one of the last houses before it turns to dirt in La Plata Canyon. You will love to relax and immerse yourself in the aspen forest and take time to disconnect. There are private cross country ski and hiking trails on the property as well as national forest access. The La Plata River is just across the street and accessible.
The custom built play structure is available as a shared space if you wish to play.
Guest access
The studio is a stand alone building. There is another rental unit just to the left, however, this proptery has it's own private entrance, patio and barbecue.
Other things to note
**Winter months (December through February) in the Studio can be filled with some to a lot of snow. While we keep the driveway plowed and cleared of snow, 4WD or AWD are required**
