The space
Bright and cozy apartment, located in the popular Greenwood village/DTC area. Great base for both work and travel with easy access to trails, shopping, dining and I-25.
Queen bed, work area, full bath. Amnesties include a small refrigerator, Microwave, Small electric stove with basic cooking equipment as well as complimentary coffee/ tea. Washer/ dryer in the building.
Access to the community pool (seasonal).
Lots of free, no time limit parking in front of the building (please avoid trailers- as those are not allowed).

You will have full privacy during the stay. Other tenants DO NOT have access to the apartment. with that said, please note that in the apartment there are 2 key locked doors that leads to another apartment with its own entrance and amenities.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire loft, including full bathroom as well as the community amenities which includes community grill stations, small sitting areas, and pool (open between memorialal day to labor day).

Please note: No pets, No parties and no smoking is allowed.
Please respect our neighbors and keep quiet time between 10pm and 8 am.
Apartment is in the 2nd floor with no elevator. There are 15 stairs to the apartment.
Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor prior to final checkout.
