Welcome to beautiful North Idaho! Our quiet, clean home provides you with everything you need for your vacationing needs. Whether it is rest and relaxation you are seeking or a launching and recovery point for exploration and adventuring, this is the place for you! Our guests agree it is the perfect place! The neighborhood is quiet and wonderful, I feels like being at home.

The space
This centrally located, contemporary home is just 10 minutes from Coeur d'Alene and 35 minutes from both Silverwood theme park and Spokane International airport.

Totaling 640 sq feet, our home was built as a mother-in-law suite in 2007. The space consists of a master bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen with breakfast bar, 3/4 bathroom (shower only- no tub), full laundry, built in desk and living room. A user-friendly thermostat makes controlling the central air conditioning and furnace a breeze. Wireless internet and Roku tv with Netflix and Hulu Live account already logged in are provided.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and plenty of closet space to accommodate personal belongings. Other sleeping options include a full sized sofa-sleeper located in the living room and children's pack-n-play.

You can expect a fully equipped kitchen boasting full sized appliances along with a Keurig coffee maker. Upon arrival, the kitchen will be stocked with coffee. There is both a super center and grocery store located within a mile of the house making it easy to grab everything else you need to make your stay just like home.

On the outside, a covered patio provides a sheltered space for enjoying the beautiful North Idaho sunsets. Two adirondack chairs, a side table and gas grill are in this space as well. There is also room for 1 vehicle in the attached garage.

The neighborhood is private and kid friendly with many restaurants located less than 5 minutes away. We have included menus from some of our favorites as well as magazines outlining the exciting adventures the area has to offer.

Guest access
Guests have access to all 640 sq feet of private living quarters and 1 large bay in the attached garage.

Other things to note
We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.

We are also extending our time in between guest stays. This includes the 24-hour waiting period, time to properly clean and disinfect all areas accessible to the guest, and an additional buffer.
