The space
Your comfort and safety are our first priority! The home is located in the quiet subdivision of The Cove at Morganfield. The property is in a quiet, new neighborhood - perfect for guests looking for a retreat while still being close to it all. Located just off of highway I-210 (also called Lake Charles bypass interstate), minutes from a variety of shops, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and near Lake Charles Airport. Within a 15-minute drive of downtown Lake Charles, you’re in the middle of it all while still remaining quiet and secluded.
Inside you’ll find a spacious and open layout with a central kitchen, fully stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare your meals or to serve take-out. The open kitchen has a breakfast bar to separate the adjacent living room and dining area. From there you’ll have access to 4 Bedrooms, each with new Serta mattresses, fresh bed sheets, cozy comforters, and plush pillows. Within each bedroom, there’s ample closet storage, amenities, and new smart TVs for your comfort. Off from the bedrooms, you’ll find 3 Full Bathrooms, complete with bathtubs, soaps, and linens. The 2-car garage has direct entry to the front hall. You’ll have access to both the garage, large walk-in closets, and the full-sized laundry room, equipped with brand-new, commercial-quality appliances.

As a guest at the Bellview Bungalow, you’ll have complete exclusive access to the full home and property during your stay. The private garage has enough space for 2 cars with 2 additional spaces available in the driveway. The house is located in a safe and walkable neighborhood. It is located around the corner from i-210, near Lake Charles Airport, and Chennault International Airport.
Please Note: Guests access the home with the August Keyless Entry App and will receive the entry details one day prior to their check-in.

As mentioned this home is in a quiet, family neighborhood. We ask that guests are respectful of the space and of the neighbors who share the neighborhood as well. We have a very strict no-parties policy and ask that guests not invite third-party guests over to the house during their stay.
