Sitting in the heart of downtown Boone, this building, built in 1907, is truly unique. On-site management, semi-secured building, video surveillance throughout the common areas, laundry and elevator. This will sleep 4 but there are just two beds (a queen and a full/double/standard).

The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets, but there are two free well lit municipal lots each about a block from our building.

The space
A small kitchen with a small living room at the opposite end. Two private bedrooms, each handy to the bathroom, but completely separate. Queen bed in one bedroom full/standard/double in the other.

Guest access
Common areas such as the foyer, halls, elevator and laundry room. Each unit has a deadbolt lock.

Other things to note
While we're still working on it, the city does not currently allow overnight parking on downtown streets. Free, well-let municipal parking is available about a block from our building
