The space
This cute, full apartment is the entire basement level of our home that has been beautifully renovated with a new kitchen, exposed brick, premium coffee bar, two bedrooms, laundry, bath, and a living and office area.
The unique underground design of this space shuts out almost all the city noise and unwanted light to give you peace and quiet for a solid night's sleep. We do have a toddler in the house above, so you can expect to hear a few bumps and clunks that carry through the floor throughout the day.
Equipped with a private exterior entrance directly into apartment. There is no possible access between main home and basement apartment.
Note: Since the photos were taken we changed the down comforters to white cotton quilts. We have also updated the living area with a larger, leather, full sized sofa and new carpet. These upgrades will be reflected in the listing photos soon.

The bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) are equipped with cotton linens, cotton quilts, plenty of pillows, medium hybrid memory foam mattresses, and open-concept closets.

The premium coffee and tea bar is equipped with a Keurig, Chemex, french press. Included with your stay is complementary premium bagged teas, hot chocolate, and some of our favorite, locally-roasted coffee beans with a convenient burr grinder.
☀☀ KITCHEN ☀☀
The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a sink with food disposal. You'll find the cabinets stocked with utensils and cookware for baking and stovetop cooking.
☀☀ LIVING ☀☀
The living area is stocked with table games, toys for kids, books for adults and kids, and a UHD 4k Smart Roku TV with various Roku news and weather channels and access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, ESPN+, Peacock, and Amazon Prime using your login.
☀☀ OFFICE ☀☀
In the opposite end of the room from the living area you'll find the full sized washer and dryer, entrance to the full bathroom, and a cute desk with plenty of space for your work.

Throughout the apartment there is the latest high speed (300/300 mbps) fiber-optic wifi.

You have exclusive use of our drive with free parking for up to 3 cars right next to your private exterior entrance to the apartment.

We live on the main floor and are always just a quick message away. If you're unfamiliar with the city, we're happy to give you local recommendations for offbeat places to explore or grab coffee around the city.

Other things to note
We live with a toddler in the house above the basement, you can expect the sounds of some bumps, clunks, and footsteps to carry through the floor throughout the day. Otherwise, outside city noises and daylight in the bedrooms during the day is almost non-existent if you shut the shades.
