The house is in a perfect location just 45 min from the KCI airport, 20 minutes to the University of KS in Lawrence, and 15-20 min to Legends Outlet Mall, NASCAR track, Sporting KC soccer stadium, Schlitterbahn Water Park, Cabellas, etc. There is a wood burning stove in the lower level family/living room. The house is secluded, quiet and comfortable. There are great views with beautiful sunsets. An outdoor fire pit and hiking trails are also available.
