On the property of Villa dei Sogni (Villa of Dreams), enjoy a relaxing stay at the Casita degli Amici (House of Friends). Nestled in the hills above Avila Beach, this Italian retreat is surrounded by nature in a private gated community. The Casita is a separate guest house with all the amenities. The spacious studio has a lovely indoor stone fireplace and many windows to enjoy the views. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the back patio overlooking the oak grove.
The space
The Casita is a fully separate structure on the Villa dei Sogni property. It is a large studio layout with a queen bed, two pull out twin trundle beds, a well stocked kitchenette, indoor fireplace and large separate bathroom with walk in closet. The property is nestled among oak trees with scenic canyon views overlooking Avila Beach and Shell Beach communities.
Guest access
Guests have access to two outdoor parking spaces on the driveway. There is a private back patio area with dinette table and chairs. The rest of the yard is shared with the homeowners. Guests are welcome to take the garden stairs down into the oak grove and enjoy the hammock and swing. Disc golf available on request.
Access to Avila Bay Athletic Club & Spa is available on request and may incur additional fees.
