The space
This house is a small one bedroom one bathroom with a sunroom. This house is small but mighty and has a million dollar view of the Chatsworth Nature Preserve.
There are window cooling units and a split unit in the bedroom. The temperature is best regulated when the door between the sunroom (TV/Entertainment room) and house is closed.
We are surrounded by nature and you will hear the coyotes howling nightly. Don’t be alarmed they are part of the local ecosystem. Enjoy your stay 🤘🏻❤️🙏🏻
