Unit 1 is able to be used in its entirety. The backyard won’t be used as to not confuse or disturb other guests.

This is a relatively busy part of town. There may be cars passing by or people walking by whether to the park or the bus stop. This area may be especially busy during peak times of the year such as Mardi Gras and other downtown events. Please take note and be cautious when crossing the street.
There will be other guests parking around or near your car. Please lock your car and mind your surroundings as well as respect other’s privacy.
