Our lovely Privacy RV resort property in McKinney sitting in the center of City McKinney, surrounded by beautiful nature, has the most convenient location you could imagine. It is right next to three interstates: US 75, US 5 and 380, very close to three airports, McKinney and DFWs in 8 minutes and 30 minutes respectively. The property is just 3 minutes away from Historic Downtown McKinney in where you can enjoy your shopping, dine at gourmet restaurants, explore a farmer market.
The space
Our property is gated in the front and half fenced. The spacious RV is not only well-decorated, but also fully furnished RV. It has two privacy bedrooms, two queen beds and two loft beds totaling 4 beds，which will fit 4 adults comfortably (two loft beds located in private guest room, for safety reasons, those 2 beds only for Children who weighs under 200 lbs and age above 5 years old.
⚠️Parents pay attention please ⚠️：In our RV private guest/kids room, there is no space for us set up climbing ladder for loft beds, and this RV no original ladder come with. We set up two Bed Rails Guard for kids sleep safety, it’s plastic Bed Rails,DO NOT use for climbing).
In our RV resort property, it has a lot of nature trees and a small creek running through our 5+ acre lot. May you enjoy the nature and McKinney city life!(The main house next door which is not open for our RV guests. It has its own private fence and entrance too).

(We'll provide detailed picture instructions and answer your questions before 11 pm or after 8 am. We offer an on-site guide with a $50 fee- schedule time. Please note that we don't have a 24-hour manager service, so kindly read the instructions first before you send questions.)

Baby friendly
We are baby friendly, we allowed two under 2 years old baby stay for free. (⚠️We do not have any extra space provide you baby stuff for need and safety, please make sure bring all stuff if you baby need during stay.)
In this RV two private rooms have no space let us set up a crib for your baby, no space for high chair too. For safety reasons we are NOT allowed baby sleep on the top loft beds. (We are not suggesting kids who under 5 years old sleep on top loft beds but we let parents make decision).
Dog friendly
We love dog. Our amazing property is a dog friendly place. Welcome all potty-trained ,kennel trained and well behaved dog , dog fees ⚠️$50 per dog per stay( extra clean fee⚠️ $50 will required after book). Please read our property rules, and take responsibility for your furry babies.
Dogs are ONLY allowed after our prior approval, with a maximum of 1 dog or 2 small dogs( Dogs NOT allowed stay on sofa or beds, need sleep in cage).
Wi-Fi
We provide 1GBs internet speed for free. We have a top of the line mesh network with multiple access points throughout the property, so you can enjoy super super fast gigabit Wi-Fi for all your devices!
TV
We also have smart TV the living room/kitchen spaces with Netflix, Disney Plus+, ESPN all provided free and all set up.
Bedding
For beds, we provide high quality comfortable luxury white cotton linens and White Down 650 Fill Power comforters for you.
The Land
This land offers a unique city escape experience. Located center of city McKinney, the RV settles on a 5 acre land. We had half fenced(the creek side no fence). Guest need always eyes on dogs and kids, easy cross the creek and have lots of water in creek when rains. ANY AND ALL TYPES OF RECREATION ON OR AROUND PROPERTY AND CREEK IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
The main house next door which is not open for our RV guests. (It has its own private fence and entrance too).
Other
This is an RV on a large, private property. If you don't have experience living in an RV, please allow us to be on-site to introduce you step by step on how to use it. It will be a different experience and create good memories with your family, but it will never be like living in a house. So, please keep your expectations reasonable. We'll do our best to make you feel comfortable and provide you with a 5-star service.
We have an on-site dump station (I can explain to you what this means) that is already connected with pipes. When it's 2/3 full or completely full (indicated by lights), you just need to pull the handle to empty the tanks automatically.
We'll make sure one of the propane tank is full (as shown on the meter, usually enough for more than 15 days normal use，5-10 days in cold weather). If the both propane tanks drop below 1/3 full, you'll need to refill them at any store near the property. It's simple, easy and cheap.
We suggest our guests turn off the AC/heater when going outside(except very cold Winter around 0 degrees outside).

Our property rental rules:
This property is owned and maintained by our small family business:Dream Dream Home LLC(DDH)
1.Any kind of smoke is NOT allowed inside the RV An additional deep clean fee of $200 will be assessed, if smoking occurs in the RV.
2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest, count in our guest number, total no more than 8 people . Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.(4 adults with 4 kids will fit comfortable )
The price only for 4 people total, each extra guest charge $19 per night.
3.DDH and its affiliates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. DDH and its affiliates are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4.Pets are NOT allowed without a non-refundable pet fees($50) per pet per stay, extra pet clean fees $50 will sent after book. Please all droppings outside of the house from pets. Dropping must be cleaned up prior to leaving the property (otherwise, you will be charged excessive cleaning charges of $50). Pets NOT allowed droppings inside of the RV (will charge $200 for deep clean).
5.Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the left side of the front gate. All garbage throughout property should be disposed of in a dumpster. Every customer will stay Thursday night. Please pull garbage bins next to the street, city pick up every Friday early morning.
6.Creek Area: The small creek located on and belongs our property great for kids or dogs to have fun, watching (catching) frogs or other natural exploration. Parents pay attention! Our property is in a FLOOD ZONE， when it rains, lots of water will go through this creek, watch out for your kids and pets.
ANY AND ALL TYPES OF RECREATION ON OR AROUND PROPERTY AND CREEK IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
7.Fireplace: The outside fire pit is wood burning（inside fireplace is electricity).Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. Absolutely no fires outside the fire pit. Firepit have to fire with the cover，when you done the outside activity please use water completely put out the fire and put cover back！
8.NOT allowed parking on our grass. Whole group parking up to 2 cars.
9.WE ARE NOT PARTY PROPERTY!!! NOT WELCOME PARTY IN OUR PROPERTY!!!WILL ASKING LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND(Also will asking $500 for extra service fees and clean fees）
10.SECURITY CAMERA DEVICES ON PREMISE:
Two cameras Locate on top the garage roof, 1 face to front street, 1 face to back yard, both ON 24/7 and recording when motion detect.
Exterior video cameras are installed on the property for security and safety reasons. No security cameras are located inside the RV. We reserve the right to use the camera footage at any time.
