Built in 1895, surprisingly peaceful so close to downtown, this sunny, south-side, upstairs apartment is bright and beautiful! Enjoy lovely sunsets from this high perch overlooking the last corner in Gainesville with a Victorian on each corner. Enjoy a semi-private balcony off the 2nd floor hallway with lots of seating and a lovely view. Easy walk to great restaurants and bars. Downside: must go through one bedroom to get to the bathroom.

Private parking available -- on UF Football game days only -- 1/2 block from stadium + tailgating allowed; it can't be beat!! Drive to the game, park, tailgate, then back downtown for a walk-around celebration! See pics in listing for distance.

Apart from the upstairs balcony, there's also a large wraparound veranda downstairs. Both are shared with long term tenants and other Airbnb guests in the building.

FOR GAME DAY PARKING:
We have a reserved spot at another property, which is half a block from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium (on NW 20th Terrace), where you’ll be able to park + tailgate on game days only. The car must be removed after the game is over.
