The space
This two bedroom villa sleeps up to eight guests which includes a loft with a murphy bed, a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen sized bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa bed. The condo also, has a full kitchen to enjoy, and two full bathrooms for your convenience.

*The villa is located at Villas of Sedona a sister resort at Sedona Springs Resort. Also, the villa is assigned at check-in, therefore the view and proximity to the pool may vary.

**Also, Villas of Sedona is a timeshare resort with weeks that start and end on Saturdays. Although the resort does their best to keep you in the same condo for your entire stay, this reservation may require a room move to another condo at the resort on the Saturday of your stay depending on the day you choose to check in. Both condos would be comparable in size and furnishings. The front desk will make the move as smooth as possible. If you choose to check in on a Saturday or Sunday you will likely not have to move unless you stay over a week.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo and resort amenities at Sedona Springs Resort.

Other things to note
The laundry facilities are located next to the Activities Center; $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry.

Any requests for an early check in would have to be requested directly with the resort's front office on the day of arrival. There are no guarantees of an early check-in or a late check-out especially in season as there is no way of knowing how busy housekeeping will be that day.
