Home sits on a small gorgeous pond. Full views of serenity from every room in the house. A great kitchen for cooking with gas stove and stainless cookware. While it's hidden and private, downtown is only a 10 minute drive. Great for Gator games or a writers retreat. We are not offering cable at this time but there is Wifi and 2 TV's so you can hook in if you want to. This house is more of a retreat setting.
The space
The home is very isolated and private. Super quiet space and clean modern aesthetic.
Guest access
Guests have a big yard and deck, parking for 2 or 3 cars, and a private electric gate to access property.
Other things to note
No cable. This home is best as a quiet retreat from all that junk:)
