This one level home is fully furnished and has everything you need for the perfect get away. There are three bedrooms, all with Queen size beds, and 2 full bathrooms that are all fully furnished with fresh linens. Conveniently located 2.5 miles inside the west gate and only 20 minutes to downtown Hot Springs, you can enjoy all that Hot Springs has to offer as well as all the things to do inside Hot Springs Village - local shopping, restaurants, lakes, golf courses, biking and hiking trails and so much more! You are within 2 miles of Waypoint Marina on Lake DeSoto, the DeSoto walking trail, a gas station, liquor store and a Mexican restaurant. This rental is not located on the lake, but it is right across the street and you can see the lake from the house.
Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!
The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away!

Pets are permitted
Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community, you will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
