Guest access
You'll have access to Unit A, which is totally private 1 bedroom with a kitchen, bathroom and living room. All outdoor areas are shared with Unit B, we have a fully enclosed yard, which includes a charcoal barbecue. Laundry machines are located under the porch next to unit B, and are shared with both units.

Other things to note
This is a duplex, so the yard, along with the charcoal barbecue and laundry machines, is shared with our adjacent Airbnb unit. Since this listing includes shared spaces, a service animal would create a health or safety hazard to myself and others. Therefore it is not possible for us to host service animals.
