This new Airbnb is in a peaceful & safe neighborhood near the base of the mountains in Pleasant Grove. It is surrounded by biking, walking & hiking trails, as well as easy access to a beautiful canyon where you can camp, rock climb, 4 wheel, kayak & explore. There are a numerous things to do & see, both winter & summer. You are situated for easy access to the I-15 freeway yet away from any traffic noise. Close to the Mt. Timpanogos Temple & Amphitheater, & close to doTERRA head quarters.

The space
Kitchen:
As you enter you will find a full kitchen oven, range, microwave, stainless sink, stainless side by side refrigerator/freezer and a super quit stainless dishwasher. There is a hot and cold water dispenser. Countertops and island are polished Dolomite Quarried stone very nice. Island has power and USB charging ports on each end and four comfortable stools with backs. Plenty of cabinet space, and a pantry with shelves as well as all the kitchen accessories you might need for extended stay. Ie: toaster, blender, pots and pans, utensils, bowls glasses etc., all to make your stay very comfortable.

Dining:
Dining area has nice table with medium height backed chairs for a comfortable dining experience.

Living Room:
Living room has two large windows with operable blinds for light and privacy. Two eight foot couches, ottoman and recliner chair, super soft area rug and carpet. Living room is spacious, dimmable lighting with mood sconces and 75” TV as well as an electric fireplace that heats and cools if desired.

Bedroom Suites:
This is a two-bedroom suite: One-bedroom King suite with large window and adjustable blind, has lighted closet and clothing selves. Just unpack and place clothing in shelving or on provided hangers. Nights stands on either sides of the bed have power and USB charging ports for phones, with lamps on both sides, and a very comfortable king bed, full length mirror and 65” tv.

Second bedroom is also a nicely decorated suite, and has a queen and single bed with large window and adjustable blind, also has nightstand with power and USB charging ports.
The total number of guest for this two- bedroom unit would easily and comfortably accommodate five.

Main bathroom:
The main bathroom between the two bedrooms has a double sink combination with marble countertop, as well as shower/ tube configuration, nicely lit very clean and comfortable.

Half bath & Laundry:
There is a nicely layout half bath with sink vanity cab, and washer and dryer.

Additional Items: portable pack and play

This Airbnb offers you ample parking very close to your unit with a lighted area just to the left / (West side) of the single car garage with concrete walk and security camera for your safety and peace of mind. You will enter the unit via extra wide stair with handrail to door with smart lock access. Code will be given 2 days prior to your arrival after booking.
