(NO PETS ALLOWED) This brand new modernized apartment comes with a huge gym, pool (closed 9/11/23 - 5/31/24), hot tub, luxury clubhouse w/ a pool table and shuffleboard, BBQ grills, firepits, pickleball courts, designated workspace, AND a full kitchen that comes fully stocked w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and other kitchen essentials. The large flat screen Roku TV will give you access to all your favorite streaming apps keeping you entertained through our high speed WiFi.
The space
*Please read! This is one of eight (8) studio apartments we have here at Canyon Vista, all within the same secure hallway that only our guests have access to. All studio units are essentially the same, so we have used the same photos for each listing for right now. They all have the same furniture and amenities and can sleep four (4) people. The only differences are in artwork/décor, orientation of the sofa, and some have more windows than others.

Amenities:
Our guests are provided with a map of the complex showing where everything is located within the complex, as well as a key fob that gives full access to all amenities at no additional cost. Amenities to enjoy during your stay:

*Important* - We do not know what specific date in September the pool will close. We cannot offer any refunds if the pool or hot tub are closed for any reason during your stay. Periodically, the pool and/or hot tub get closed unexpectedly for repairs & maintenance or extra cleaning, and we have no control over this.
- Hot tub (open all year round) see above - if hot tub is closed for any reason during your stay due to unexpected reasons, we will not offer refunds.

Sleeping:
The main bed is king size with a brand new 12" hybrid innerspring mattress with cooling gel-infused memory foam, coupled with body-contouring pocketed coils for superior comfort. The living room area also has a brand new queen size sleeper sofa. Note on the sleeper sofa - for anyone expecting to have the best night of sleep of their life on a sleeper sofa bed, let's be real (haha). Although they are brand new, and definitely better than many others, please remember that sleeper sofa beds are what they are, and to match your expectations accordingly.
Bathroom:
Full size shower with great water pressure and a wall mounted dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so no need to bring any of those soaps yourself. There will also be plenty of fresh clean bath towels, hand towels, make-up remover towels, and hand soap.
Kitchen/Dining:
The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to stay in and prepare your own meals. All cooking basics (cookware, dishes, silverware) along with stove, oven, and fridge are ready for you to use them. The kitchen island serves as both a counter and a dining table with counter height padded stools for sitting.
WiFi/Designated Workspace:
Free unlimited WiFi to stay connected throughout your stay. The network name and password will be provided. For traveling professionals working on the road, ethernet access is available and can plug directly into the router using an ethernet cable providing 1Gb high speed internet.
TV:
A Smart TV is mounted on the wall that gives access to all streaming services. Login credentials will not be provided for any streaming services, so you'll need to login to your own accounts.
Guest access
This is a private unit; you'll be renting out the entire apartment and have the whole thing to yourselves. But all amenities are shared with other guests as well as local residents of the community.
There is an electronic lock that requires a 4-digit code to both get into the building and into the apartment. You will be sent the check-in details before your arrival, which will contain your own unique 4-digit access codes for both doors. The codes will work 24/7 during the reservation, so you can check in at any point during the evening or night and can come and go at any time without issue.
Other things to note
We do our absolute best to provide 5-star stays and experiences and hope that you'll give us a chance to host you! We have team members that live on-site and are committed and ready to support our guests at a moment's notice. However, please remember this is not a hotel with someone working a front desk at all times of the day/night.
The TV is a TCL Roku TV that has all the streaming apps, but we do not provide account access to any streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, etc.). Guests will need to login to their own streaming accounts on the TV.
*Important* - We cannot offer any refunds if the pool or hot tub are closed for any reason during your stay. Periodically, the pool and/or hot tub get closed unexpectedly for repairs & maintenance or extra cleaning. We agree that it would be such a bummer if they were closed during your stay, but we have no control over the amenities, so no compensation will be given in that event.
