This A-Frame condo is nestled against a mountain in beautiful Indian Wells, CA. The unit is centrally located in a gated community in the Coachella Valley, within minutes every direction of restaurants, shopping, golf and everything else the valley has to offer. The peaceful, heated pool is steps from the front door with scenery like no other.

The space
This studio condo is one big, very bright room with vaulted ceilings, helping it feel more spacious. The patio is separate and a great place to have coffee or meals in the fresh air. A brand new king bed was just put in, there is an older sofa bed as well. It's professionally cleaned and has a new floor installed however it's not an updated unit. The views and scenery of the surrounding mountain and desert, while at the same time being centrally located to many of the valley's attractions is the draw. The pool as well is so nice and relaxing to have a swim and get some sun in peace and quiet.
