The Studio, stylish and comfy, is located on our home property. With easy access to I-4, you are a short distance from Tampa, Orlando, and many of our beautiful beaches!
You are also a 15 minute drive to Southeastern University, Florida Southern College, downtown, and many of our amazing and unique local businesses! With a central location like this, there’s nowhere you can’t go. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it’s the perfect weekend stay!
The space
Accommodated with a Kitchenette, cooking is limited to a Microwave and Toaster. You also have a larger mini fridge with a Brita filter, and coffee maker along with some coffees and teas for your enjoyment. There is a fire extinguisher under the sink. Please wash all used dishes and utensils before the end of your stay.
There are many charging stations throughout the studio, including 2 in each lamp and 2 on the headboard. An iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience. The fan is inside the closet, which you can move at your convenience. The remote for the fan and TV are both on the nightstand.
The bathroom is equipped with essentials such as shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, clean washcloths, feminine hygiene products, a FIRST AID kit, and other convenient items. Please put ALL USED washcloths in blue bin under the sink.
At the end of your stay, please put your used towels and linens in laundry basket inside the closet. This helps us keep the space clean and tidy! Please be sure to turn off all water and lights before you leave. After locking the door, please put the key back in the lock box. Thank you for your stay, and we hope you have had a wonderful time!

The Studio will be entirely at your disposal, along with the small outdoor patio. Please keep to the side of the house by the “garage” (aka, The Studio).

Please no smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside.
