This would make a perfect couples retreat or home base for a small family to explore all that beautiful southeast Idaho has to offer.

●You will have your own private entrance and driveway parking.
●The upstairs is a separate AirBnB and you may hear walking around above you.
●You have use of the yard but may need to share it with the main floor AirBnB.
●It is close to the train depot and you can watch the trains from the front yard if you would like. The main sounds you will hear from them is when they hook up the train cars, mostly during the day, and the idling of the engine.
●The bathroom ceiling is 6' 4".
●There is one flight of stairs descending to the apartment.

Guest access
You will a private entrance to the basement apartment, after going through the yellow door at the back of the house. You will also have access to the shared laundry room and yard. Please park in the driveway.

Other things to note
There are about 8 stairs. The home is in a quiet neighborhood close to a train depot where can watch the trains. you hear them hooking up the train cars during the day and the engine idling at night.
