It is in a working class neighborhood where you can hear people have celebrations during weekends, cars park on the street at night, neighbors have dogs and you may hear them barking and the community have a good neighborhood vibes. Overall, the location is safe and the house is newly renovated. Also, this unit has a shared space and backyard with the main house, so, you may see and hear the other guests; that being said, you still have private pergola to yourself.★★★★★

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Superhog. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit ($500) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver ($50).

Also, we have a noise and smoke monitoring device in the unit that can detect any unacceptable level of noise and smoking occurring. Please be advised that our property is strictly non-smoking and we do not tolerate parties. To maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and our neighbors, smoking and unacceptable noise level will result in a fine of $1000 and you will be ask to leave the premises without refund.
