Within walking distance to Charlottesville and UVA, in a cozy quiet neighborhood, this small super clean home is just fun, fun, fun! It hosts a beautiful lit outdoor patio with a barbecue. Lots of events in this area as close as downtown, to the wineries, to hiking the blue ridge trails. The Rivanna River trails cross right through our neighborhood. Fun place to bike also.

The space
This is a small home that feels very spacious. It has one queen sized bed in one bedroom and the other bedroom is a multi-purpose room with a few weights, TV and a pull out double bed couch. We live in the house when not using for Airbnb, so the closets are filled with our clothes, but move ours aside to hang your clothes up.

Guest access
You will have full access to the home but please do not wear or try on our clothes. We are neat and tidy but we do not go through and rewash any of our clothes. The shed out back is locked and there is nothing you will need from it.
We have staples in the ref. that you are welcome to use and replace if used up.

Other things to note
Keep doors locked when not home. You have the keys to the front door and the back sliding back door is locked from the inside. Communicate anything you need by calling if an emergency or texting me if it can wait a few hours.
