One yard with a a nice grass area. With patio lounge furniture. Great to entertain your friends. Play with your pets. Private entrance. Lots of room. Next door to a cocktail bar. Close to local amenity’s. Potential for noise. All I ask is guests enjoy there stay.

The space
The neighborhood is full of life. There is a bar next door. So don’t have to worry about a DUI. Your space is your space. I’m very relaxed on all aspects. I’m not like a lot of hosts. I won’t mind on almost what ever you do. It’s your business. All I ask is you don’t destroy the place. And enjoy your stay. I don’t trip if you have guests. Private entry. Private yards and areas.
