Situated between Old Town, Downtown, Sawmill and the North Valley, Wells Park is packed with ABQ’s favorite breweries, museums, restaurants and historic sites. There’s even a community center a few blocks away. Perfect spot for a solo traveler or couple.
The space
Casita is a 640sq ft guest house, completely separate from the main house in front. It’s has a private bedroom with sliding barn door and a loft with queen bed above the main living spaces. Has small kitchenette and living space, along with full bathroom.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the casita and attached yard and patio. Guests are not permitted past the gate that divides the guest house from the main house property. There is a private entrance gate to the casita and private vehicle gate if guests should want to park their vehicle inside the property.
