The space
We have thought of everything you could need for a great stay in Indianapolis. From beautiful decor to plush mattresses, you will be staying in comfort while visiting our great city.

The upgraded kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials including basic cooking oils and spices. Our bathrooms have towels for each guest and some other essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and make-up remover cloths. We provide blackout curtains, a portable fan, sound machine, iron, and ironing board.

While we're child friendly, we are not child-proofed. We have a pack n play available upon request.

We have a No Smoking/Vaping and No Parties policy. We do not allow pets. We charge a $200 fee for specialized cleaning if any of these policies are disregarded.

Guest access
You are renting a private apartment inside a 10-unit apartment building. Your apartment is located on the third floor and will require the use of two staircases. We'll provide you with a unique access code for your reservation which will unlock the main building entrances and your apartment door only. Your reservation comes with one reserved parking space in our shared parking lot.
