The house provides complete comfort with 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, a full kitchen and 2 private balconies. When you’re not admiring lake views from home, you can enjoy the resort-like perks in the community! The swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center, beach, and golf club & course ensure an entertaining-yet-relaxing getaway.

KITCHEN:
• Fully equipped w/ dishware, utensils, pots & pans, serving dishes, stove/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Cuisinart coffee maker, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and more.
BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS:
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom (3/4 bath), Vizio internet enabled television, and private deck
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed & twin over twin bunkbed
• Bedroom 3: King bed
• Main floor bathroom is a full bathroom with an enclosed tub/shower combo with glass enclosure
LIVING/DINING ROOM:
• TV in the living room: 70-inch Vizio TV with complementary Spectrum high-speed Internet service. You may log into your own streaming services.
• Board games, cards and adult reading books.
• Wood burning fireplace.
• Dining room table with seating for eight (8).
OUTDOOR LIVING: 2 private decks, patio furniture, outdoor gas grill
• Note: The grill’s starter is tricky. We have found it best to turn the gas on a use a lighter (in the kitchen drawer) to light the grill.

• Self check-in: A unique passcode will be shared 24 hours in advance of your stay.
• High Speed Internet – perfect for streaming movies or doing a ZOOM meeting.
• Washer & Dryer with detergent and dryer sheets
• Basic toiletries, hair dryers, linens & towels provided.

• Everything you need to enjoy the lake is here for you. There is a shelving unit in the garage with beach chairs, inflatable tubes, raft inflators, and a cooler. A pickleball set is also stored here for guests’ enjoyment. Additionally, eight (8) beach towels are in the shelving unit next to the water heater in the laundry room for guests to use.
PARKING:
• Two average sized vehicles can park in the residence drive. Two additional vehicles can park on the flat rock pad to the left of the residence. Note: You also cannot place your vessel, RV, trailer, or anything of the like on the flat rock pad per Community Rules.
• Boat trailer and RV parking is available in the community building parking lot for up to 7 days with advance permission. Let me know so that I can assist you with this advance permission.
• For longer term storage needs, private boat trailer/RV parking available via Lake Travis Storage immediately outside of the community.
