This apartment is one of two apartments on the third floor of a three story building.

Flexible check in and check out. We are often able to accommodate an early check in time (just ask us!) and late check ins are never an issue.

This unit has a spacious bedroom to allow you to relax and spread out, as well as great common spaces where you can relax and unwind.

Guest access
Free parking is available to all guests in a parking lot located behind the building.

A coded lock is how you will access the main stairwell to proceed upstairs to your unit.

One smart lock equipped front door allow you access to the unit.

Other things to note
This unit is located across from a hospital so please expect hospital related noise and activity during your stay.

That being said the building is located on the third floor of the building so most noise is dampened or faint.

Please remember that you are staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
